What to include in a correction

Name the firm whose listing needs attention and identify the exact detail you believe is incorrect. For example, tell us whether the issue concerns a website address, a service description, a location, a specialty or an organizational change. Copy the current wording when possible so the requested change is clear.

Describe what the entry should say instead and explain how you know. If the firm has published a relevant announcement or updated its own website, include a link to that page in the correction details. If the information came directly from the firm but is not available online, say so and give enough context for it to be checked. Please do not include confidential documents or personal information that is not needed to review the listing.

Use the email address where you can answer a follow-up question. A clear description of the existing text, the proposed change and the supporting source makes it easier to review the request. This form is for corrections to directory listings. It is not a way to request a position in the directory or to ask for a firm to be described as the best choice for every organization.

If several details in one listing are out of date, you can include them in one message and separate them by topic. For a change affecting more than one firm, tell us which entries need review. Submitting a correction does not immediately change the published entry; it provides the information needed to check it before updating the directory.
